I enjoy taking my vehicle to Rincon Chevrolet when repairs or service are needed. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the waiting area is clean, comfortable, and they even have snacks, popcorn, and soda. In addition, their prices for service and repairs are comparable or even lower than the surrounding area. Rincon Chevrolet is my go to place when my GMC needs a little TLC.

I had taken my Colorado in for an oil change and tire rotation. I guess when they rotate the tires it is not their job to check the air pressure? All four tires had 30 psi and not the required 35 psi.

The Service Dept staff were excellent. I called on Wednesday 8/7 and explained my problem, they told me to get the car to them and they would do a diagnosis on it. On Thursday, I was informed that the fuel pump module had gone out and it would be Monday or Tuesday hopefully getting the part. I told them I was good til Saturday, but would need a replacement ride for the weekend to go out of town. They were very prompt in getting me a nice Chevy Silverado. It was nice. I'd been alright to keep it longer, but the part came in and car was ready sooner than I thought. Thanks for your care and promptness to this old man
