PREFERRED OWNER PROGRAM FAQS

 

1. WHAT IS THE PREFERRED OWNER PROGRAM? WHAT IS THIS PROGRAM ABOUT?

The Preferred Owner Program is a loyalty program sponsored by Rincon Chevrolet through which owners can earn points toward future service, parts and vehicle purchases by purchasing a vehicle, parts or service from Rincon Chevrolet

2. HOW DOES IT WORK?

When first enrolled in the Program, the Preferred Owner will receive a Preferred Owner card. The card is to be used for each eligible transaction. Points are
earned in the following ways:

• A vehicle purchase earns $250 toward a future vehicle purchase. Purchasers with a GMS or preferred pricing discount are not eligible for the $150 discount for the purchase of another vehicle.
• As an added bonus and a way of thanking you for purchasing a vehicle, we will preload your card with $25.00, which can be applied towards any service or parts transaction at Rincon Chevrolet.
• Each service or parts transaction earns 5% of total customer dollars spent (excluding tax, shop supplies and wholesale transactions) toward future
• service or parts transactions.
• As a Preferred Owner member you can also earn BONUS POINTS by shopping online at over 300 retailers (Best Buy, Home Depot, etc,) at www.gmpreferredowner.com.

3. WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE PREFERRED OWNER PROGRAM?

Individuals who purchase a vehicle or have service performed on their vehicles at Rincon Chevrolet and who are at least 18 years of age are eligible.

• Purchasers with a GMS or employee-related discount are not eligible for the $250 vehicle purchase discount.
• Fleet customers or wholesale customers are not eligible to participate in the Program.

Participation in the Program constitutes each Preferred Owner's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

4. HOW DO I USE PREFERRED OWNER POINTS?

Eligible Preferred Owners can use their sales reward points toward any vehicle purchase, and use their service or parts reward points toward any future service or parts transactions.

• 1 Program Point = 1 Program Dollar and 1 Program Dollar = 1 Program Point.
• Dollars will not expire.
• Program dollars have no cash value and cannot be redeemed in cash.
• Program dollars are non-transferable.
• Program dollars can only be used at Rincon Chevrolet
• Returned items purchased with Program dollars will not be exchanged for cash. The returned item's program value will be returned to the preferred owner's account.
• Program dollars cannot be used in conjunction with other specials, coupons, or other advertised specials.

5. WHAT IS THE COST TO PARTICIPATE?

Not a thing! There is no membership fee for the Preferred Owner Program.

MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM

1. Rincon Chevrolet may modify any of the terms and conditions governing the Program - including, but not limited to, the methods through which points can be earned, how the Program can be used, the value of the earned dollars, at any time, without notice, even though these changes may affect the Preferred Owner's ability to use the points that have already been earned.

2. The Program has no pre-determined termination date and may continue until such time that Rincon Chevrolet may terminate the program at any time, with no notice given.

3. The Preferred Owners' continued participation in the Program constitutes the Preferred Owners' acceptance of any changes made to these Terms and Conditions. The Preferred Owners are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that Rincon Chevrolet may make to these Terms and Conditions. The most current version will be available on the Preferred Owners Website and will supersede all previous versions of the Terms and Conditions.

RINCON CHEVROLET PREFERRED OWNER POINTS PLUS PROGRAM FAQS

1. What is the Rincon Chevrolet Preferred Owner Points Plus program? What is this program about? The Preferred Owner Points Plus program is a free program offering a variety of ways you can save money when you shop with the Preferred Owner Points Plus program - you receive online coupon savings and earn Preferred Owner Service points to use at Rincon Chevrolet when you shop through the program website.

2. How does it work? In order to save money through the program simply shop online at www.gmpreferredowner.com. Don't forget you will earn Preferred Owner Service points, too! Every time you shop at a Preferred Owner Points Plus retailer through the program web site, you earn Preferred Owner Service points, which will be added to your Preferred Owner Service Point balance. Points earned may be redeemed the same way as your Preferred Owner Service Points. Points will not be awarded for taxes or shipping. Please refer to the Rincon Chevrolet Preferred Owner terms and conditions for details.

3. Who is eligible for the Preferred Owner Points Plus program? This program is open and offered only to Preferred Owner members who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

4. Can I cancel my membership at any time? Please remember that the Preferred Owner Points Plus program is free to participate in, so why not earn points toward future service visits! There is no action required if you wish to discontinue earning Preferred Owner Points. If you wish to cancel your membership in the Preferred Owner Program, please contact Rincon Chevrolet.

5. What is the cost to participate? Not a thing! There is no membership fee for the Preferred Owner Points Plus program.

6. How long does it take to see the Preferred Owner Points Plus rewards that I've earned? If you do not see your point rewards posted within approximately 30 days after your order is shipped, please contact us. Note: Your Points Plus points for Travel purchases will post approximately 30 days after your travel date.

7. How are my Preferred Owner Points Plus rewards added to my account? Preferred Owner Points Plus rewards are automatically added to your Preferred Owner Service Points balance. To view your accumulated points rewards go to www.gmpreferredowner.com, log in, and click on Transaction History.

8. Where can I see the Preferred Owner Points Plus points I have already redeemed? To view your total point rewards already earned, visit www.gmpreferredowner.com, click on Transaction History and scroll down to the Service History section. You will be able to view the total point rewards earned as well as a summary of each reward point processed.

9. What happens if I return my purchase, do I keep the reward points? Any returns or credits related to your purchases at a Participating Retailer will be deducted from your spending at such
Participating Retailer for points accumulation purposes, or will result in a deduction of Preferred Owner Points Plus rewards already accumulated.

10. Do my Points Plus points expire? Yes, Your Points Plus points expire 3 (three) years from the transaction date. (Dealership-earned Preferred Owner Program rewards do not expire).
